Bob Ross night
If you don't know who he is, then it's time you learn about the wonderful artistic man that is Bob Ross. He made a serious of videos in the 90's that taught you how to paint sceneries. All 30 seasons are available on Youtube.
Don't worry about artistic skill or fancy art supplies, cause it's really just about having fun. As he himself would say “All you need to paint is a few tools, a little instruction, and a vision in your mind.”
Geomap
Travel the world with your friend through the wonderful game of Geomap. If you haven't played it before, it's an online game that drops you in a random spot in the world using google maps, and you have to figure out where you are. No googling allowed, you simply roam the digital streets in search of details that can tell you your location. Have one person screenshare the game and you can discover the world together.
Book Club
If the two of you have the same taste in books then this date would give you a chance to dive into it. More like a series of dates, the two of you can meet up regularly to discuss every thing that you did and didn't like from the book, or even your theories as to what will happen next.
The Wedding Game
This game is so much fun. Typically played in a group for points, but you can also just play between the two of you. Simply ask a question and see if you guys got the same answer! Easy! If you know each other well then you could make it harder by writing your own specific questions. If you're feeling a little more daring than you could make it a drinking game, or bet on who out of the two of you get the most correct answers!

Don't think we would skip this classic date idea. If you want to make it a little more longterm then make a list of movies that the both of you wanna watch and schedule a weekly movie night! I should also mention that if you feel like going the extra mile, movie theatre snacks are now available through food delivery sites! (Only do so if you feel like overpaying for your popcorn is an essential part of the movie watching experience)

We all know the game, but have you ever played it with your friends? It's easier to feel close to your S.O. when the two of you are building a digital world together. You could be neighbours, or go on adventures, or try to make something ridiculous like a lighthouse or a spaceship. No matter what you make, it's a good time because it's time spent together.
Now after all this, don't go thinking that a "date night" is the only way to stay connected to your loved one. If you really wanna make it last then don't forget that there are lots of other ways to stay connected. For instance you can always send morning texts, handwritten letters, or even order delivery to their house. Never forget that small gestures go a long way.
